We offer doorstep delivery nationwide.

The cost of shipping and estimated arrival date is calculated and displayed at checkout. This may vary based on the weight of the shipment and delivery location.

Orders received before 11am, Monday to Friday, will be processed and delivered on the same day. Please note delivery time may vary based on delivery location.

Orders received before 11am, Monday to Friday, will be processed and delivered as stated below.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

  1. Our working days are Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (excluding public holidays).
  2. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday – Friday, by 11am daily (excluding public holidays).
  3. We do not offer TIME-BOUND DELIVERY SERVICE.
  4. We do not deliver during public holidays or weekends.
  5. Any order received after 11am will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Orders received on the weekend (Friday after 11am, Saturday & Sunday) will not be processed until Monday morning by 11am (excluding public holidays).
  6. Delivery timeframe applies after an order has been processed and dispatched.
  7. Delivery timeframe is only an estimate. Deliveries may arrive earlier than estimated and on exceedingly rare occasions, later than estimated. If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, kindly contact us.
  8. If the customer indicates a wrong address or location while placing an order (i.e., specifying Ajah as Lekki Phase 1), the customer may be required to pay the difference in delivery cost to the right location before the order will be dispatched.
  9. Delivery Options

                a. If the customeropts for express delivery (Gokada):

                         i. The customer will be contacted before the order will be dispatched.

                         ii. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable on delivery, the order will be returned, and the customer will have to pay for the re-delivery to the customer’s address again. Re-delivery fee will be the current cost of delivery to the customer’s specified location.

                         iii. If the customer is still unreachable or does not pay for the re-delivery, the customer will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange.

                b. For standard delivery, and the recipient is unavailable or unreachable on the delivery day.

                         i. We will contact the customer via phone and/or email to schedule another day for delivery.

                         ii. If the customer does not respond within 24 hours, the delivery will be re-attempted.

                         iii. If on the 2nd delivery attempt the recipient is still unreachable, the order will be returned by the delivery company and the customer will have to pay for the re-delivery of the order. Re-delivery fee will be the current cost of delivery to the customer’s specified location.

                         iv. If the customer is still unreachable or does not pay for the re-delivery, the customer will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  10. If the customer needs to change delivery address after an order has been dispatched, the customer may be required to make full payment for the delivery to the new location. If the order has not been dispatched, the customer should contact us urgently to change the delivery address. The customer will be required to pay for the difference in delivery cost, if any.
  11. If the customer needs to change or update contact information after placing an order, kindly contact us urgently. You will be required to provide some information for verification.
