Lycopene is a carotenoid that is naturally found in orange, yellow and red fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, tomatoes, grapefruit and guava. This carotenoid possesses antioxidant properties. As an antioxidant, it help neutralize free radicals. Antioxidants play a role in maintaining good health.
Studies show that Lycopene is one of the major carotenoids in the prostate gland. Lycopene promotes prostate health in men. Lycopene also plays a role in supporting heart health.
These 20 mg rapid release softgels may be taken up to two times daily.
Directions: For adults, take one (1) softgel one to two times daily, preferably with meals.
